"Do not use the franchisee in Canberra. Not only was she rude and impatient but left a large stain in the middle of my carpet. She didn't clean many of the things that she stated she had and I am not getting my bond back as they have to pay for a cleaner and the carpets to be steam cleaned (both things I thought I had already paid for). All in all a very disappointing experience and in my opinion a waste of $400 as i have to pay someone else to do a proper job."
