I would give more stars for the treatment and even more for how caring they were in my treatment. Also the after care was excellent and Melissa always responded to my questions promptly."

"Definitely do not recommend doing laser treatments here!! Prepaid for laser treatments and got told last they would expire, keeping in mind that laser treatments are extend based on your hair growth. After explaining this and also explaining that the laser clinic was closed during lockdowns and I purchased them just before that as well as having had personal issues which didn’t allow me to do laser treatments I was denied an extension to my treatment and told they would expire. I lost hundreds of dollars to this and I think it is unacceptable that they put an expiry date on a service THAT HAS BEEN PAID. After explaining this to the manager in late 2022 she was very rude and inconsiderate and tried to explain to me there new policy as of 2022 when I signed the contract way before 2022 will definitely not waste anymore time or money at this place will be doing my laser treatments elsewhere. Again the staff was exceptionally rude especially their manager !!!!"

"Absolutely recommend this amazing clinic, every time I visit I get consistent, quality service from all staff. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the owner My is always friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond to answer any questions I have. Mellissa the clinic manager has an extensive knowledge in all skin products and treatments and her skill and attention to detail is truly unmatched. The clinic is extremely clean and tidy and I always walk away with a great experience. Love coming here & will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!"

"My review is based on staff members Katie J & Vera! I started off doing my Microneedling & Peels with Katie J and she was so amazing! She would always walk me through the procedure, what would happen next, she wrote down all the aftercare for me, she answered all my questions I had happily, she made sure I was always comfortable and took care of me as best as possible! She’s unfortunately left to continue her studies but I loved my sessions with her and really appreciated starting off my skincare journey with her! She’s helped me so much and I’ve been seeing really great results! Vera has taken over as my new specialist and I really appreciate her service as well! She’s new to the branch after moving from the city but she’s such a lovely person! She also made sure I was always comfortable through out the session, was really gentle and kind and just an all round lovely person! My face felt really great afterwards and she made sure to let me know how much sessions I had left altogether since I pre-purchased a lot as well as the expiry date so that I could keep track of everything and book it before it expires!
