"I hired this team to end the lease cleaning, I contacted them via text messages, the responsible employee did not provide me with a list of services and prices, he only informed me of the total price without specifying the tasks not in the amount. The stove, toilets, and glass was good, but they did not clean the walls, claiming that they usually clean 25 spots and they have already reached this number and for this reason, they left some of the walls. They told me later that I have to pay an additional $50 if I want them to clean over 25 spots. It is known that the end lease cleaning includes walls, doors, fans, appliances and windows without a minimum number of spots. They did not wipe the outer door from the outside and their steam carpet was not at the required level, as they used a small cleaning machine that was not useful for the steam carpet at the end of the lease cleaning. There was some damage to the carpet and Some iron stains in two spots that were permanent and I did not expect them to be able to remove them, but in general the result is bad for the other spots. The agreement was with them to come between 1:30-2:00 pm, but they did not enter the apartment until 4 pm. My experience with them was bad and I do not recommend dealing with them for end lease cleaning."

"What a reliable and consistent service. I ve been with Sorciers broom last 3 years for all of my properties. Sometime they work better than my agent who look after my property. No matter general or vacate cleaning, i would happily return bond to my tenant and easily get a new tenant. I never done any deep cleaning for my house as well since they look after where I live last 3 years. Well maintained and they advice and educate me what to do. I am not sort of person to write a review but yes. I am happy to support them as big fan !"
