"STAY AWAY !! They deserve NO STARS. We engaged this business to clean our lounge. They did a good job, however they also ruined our laminate floor in the process because they left puddles of water on our floor which caused areas of the floor to bubble!! (refer to photo example) When we tried to contact them they either hung up or blocked our number. When we emailed them , they did not reply. It seems they they are not willing to own up and rectify their mistakes which I believe highlights how unprofessional they are. They are happy to do the work but if something goes wrong they don't want to know. So we placed a complaint to NSW Dept of Fair Trading. The Dept of FT got back to us and advised THEY could not contact them (no surprise) However I still recommend anyone else that has had similar issues do the same thing. The more complaints recorded the better. If Dev Cleaners reply to this post and claim its untrue they are lying."
