"I appreciate medical and nursing staff and the pressure they go through but the staff I had to deal with today are .... for lack of better word challenging. The covid testing team tried to give me the wrong advice, they tried to convince me to do things that were unnecessary. Some of the staff were rude, unprofessional and disrespectful PLEASE, don't give advice if you don't know what you are talking about. This was my experience today,maybe I was unlucky. But a big thank you to all the nursing staff and the medical staff out their that knows what they doing."
