"Extremely rude. Had my bag searched for zero reason at all by a staff member who did not search a single other person. Has never happened before. Put in a complaint and the manager was rude, demeaning, refused to escalate on his end, and just hid behind and justified himself by saying they have every right to search my bag. Disgusting, humiliating behaviour. Never going back there again."

"Don’t go here unless you know exactly what you want and exactly where it is located in the store. They literally avoid eye contact with you in hopes you won’t ask them a question. Also when you do ask s worker a question, they pawn you off to someone else on their little radio and tell you to wait there and no one ever shows up. Very unorganised staff and half of them are bludging in the corner on their phone and walking in circles like they’re lost. Also when you finally corner a staff member, they can’t even answer questions about products. At least hire people who don’t look like random NPCs"

"Ok the staff doesnt help print. I went today to print and the member at the counter said we dont print for u anymore u have to do it urself. you also have to punch the papers urself and bind them. I went another day to get a charger and there is no staff in the electronics section to help now I really wanna know what in the world is the staff hired to do ?! just stock ? and take payments? I ended up spending more time than if I had printed it at my uni. Really the worst branch ever."

"The worst service on a Sunday. Printing counter with one staff member and someone just walks up to the priority section and gets to asks there questions and we all get ignored. Manager comes up and asks us eventually what we require. 2 customers myself included wanted to make a complaint and the Manager starts raising his voice and wave his hands about. Customer service is simple just listen to the customer and say we will try and do better we are sorry. Not give us a lecture that he is right. Found out that the Gentleman is the Store Manager. He seems to have a disregard for the customer and wants to assert his dominance. Also passing this onto head office."

"Convenient for printing documents via the multiple self service kiosks located on the right after the entrance. Purchase a payment card in order to pay for the prints. Good thing they are enabling EFTPOS in the near future so that customers do not have to purchase separate card just for the printing payment. Extra amount available on the printing payment card can be encash at the cash registers. Each black and white page costs 8 cents regardless of full page or just a few words. There are multiple options to get the documents whether via USB drive or easiest would be emailing the printer."
