"Been through this drive thru like three times now, and it's been a weird experience every time: despite the fact I've always ppulled into the 'drive-thru' lane, each time the staff haven't come up to my car to take my order for a few minutes despite there being no other customers, and even asked me "if I wanted them to take my order". Either way, they've always been friendly once I've gotten their attention, but for a drive-thru it hasn't been all that convenient."
