"This is by far the worst hospital in Sydney. Last year they got me confused with another patient and this time my husband is in the discharge unit and they won’t let me in even though this has never been an issue before. Never recommending or coming here again."
"High-charge hospitals but low-quality and facility, only provide a chair for patients undergoing general anesthesia for surgery, the room is still shared by two people and there is no toilet, worse than public hospitals. don’t recommend if there are other hospitals that your doctor can give you options."
"I had day surgery . The staff were very efficient and the nurses helpful, nice and attentive. Very small reception area. There was free street parking nearby."
"Let my elderly father to do a day procedure and was assured that someone would call once he can be discharged. Waited in the lobby area and was made to feel unwelcome and repeatedly told that they would contact us once he’s ready to be picked up. Several hours later. We called to get an update and was told he was discharged earlier. Never received a call and located my father who has early signs of dementia roaming the streets in 30 degree heat. Looking disoriented and confused and emotional. We are only writing to bring awareness that you should constantly follow up as the duty of care wasn’t present."
"Had a tonsillectomy done here. I was first on the list so only had to wait about an hour after I was admitted to start the procedure. All the nurses were so nice and attentive. The talked me through all the questions I had and if they could get me anything. The anaesthetist was very kind as well, putting me on some drugs before I went under which calmed me down. The surgeon was very nice and checked up on me post-opp. The recovery room was nice and the nurses in their gave me everything I needed for the pain. I had to stay overnight but the nurses on duty checked on me every hour or so and gave me more pain relief when I needed it. Checking out of the hospital was quick and easy and a nurse talked me through when and how often I needed to take my medication. Would recommend"
