"Up until today i was a loyal customer of ITP , Bayswater and Dandenong for over 20yrs. My latest experience has been terrible. My main ITP site cancelled on me the morning of my appointment and then re-scheduled to Brunswick. As i was driving to Brunswick they transferred me to Bayswater where i was rushed through because they were training new staff. I have sent Nev Dowe 2 emails to confirm my return has been submitted with no reply after over 2 weeks. Very poor service, promised calls back which never happened. Would recommend using another service as i intend to."

"I have been a loyal ITP Bayswater client for 30 years, to be perfectly honest the service at this branch is nothing short of appalling since Bernadette retired several years ago, recently had my tax done there and they a had computer system crash whilst I was there, I was promised my tax return form would be emailed to me the next day so that I could sign it and then they could lodge it, more than a week later I still haven't received that email despite having paid. Rang them several times over the last week but nothing has changed, should have had my return back by now. Needless to say ITP Bayswater have lost a loyal long term client."
