"Ignored my doordash order. Don’t order from here."
"Ordered through Doordash today. Ordered a bottle of vodka and 2 bottles of wine $$. When order arrived it contained two bottles of wine and a 6 pack of light beer. Delivery driver was kind and offered to stay with me whilst I rang store, after three attempts spoke to a man at the store. He told me the the bottle of vodka I wanted wasnt in stock. After me stating I didn't order light beer, no apology. After I informed him it's his responsibility to contact the customer to tell them the item isn't available and offer alternative he apologized then went on a rant about Doordash orders and blaming his co- worker for the problem with Doordash and the stores advertised stock. States there's nothing he can do about an it and I have to return to items in store or I have to complain through Doordash who wanted to be offer me a $20 credit.. so I have lost money whilst receiving an item I never wanted and will only consume when there is no alternative. It is a joke, unprofessional.. will NEVER use this bottle O again."
"I DoorDashed a 6pack for my manager's birthday to be delivered to his office with specific instructions- just to add a note OR gift wrap. Gift wrap seems unreasonable fine but a note with my preferred birthday message would be highly appreciated but all they did was give the 6pack like that with no message and packaging to his office I felt embarrassed. I know we don't pay for specific requests or instructions but you could have written a sticky note or something just to have it delivered with a message and not like that. 1 star due to very poor and disappointing customer service. Never again recommending or buying from your store!!"
"Terrible experience. They only deliver same day within 5km of their store in Pascoe Vale. I ordered within the metro area Melbourne and my order had not arrived within 5 days. Obtaining a refund was a lengthy, difficult and frustrating process. Stay away, there are plenty of other reliable services out there."
