"I went to the store this Sunday 13.08.23 at 3:40pm and I found the entrance blocked and was told that they are closing the shop. When I enquired about the closing time, the lady told it was 4pm. Despite telling her that I need to buy a shoe and wont take more than 10 minutes, the lady was more keen to close the shop than doing business cause that would mean opening her billing etc. Just pure laziness with no interest to do business!!!No care for customer!!! what an attitude!! Shops with Similar closing time were still open and welcoming customers for shopping. But this lady at the payless shop was plain rude and lazy to do business. The owner of spend less can check their CCTV footage to verify this with the above timing for the truth of this. Such people shouldn't be kept in such jobs!!"

"Staff Uninformed of procedures regarding using gift cards online( which btw you can'tdo). Also given shoes that looked as if they had been worn and returned. Nothing was done when I emailed head office , no reply, no apology. Really disappointed"
