In light of recent events, we are excited to announce that we are now offering online classes for both adults and children. This allows individuals to continue their karate journey from the comfort of their own homes. We understand the importance of maintaining physical and mental well-being, especially during these uncertain times.

Furthermore, we are pleased to inform you that starting from Friday, May 15th, 2020, we are able to resume outdoor training sessions in groups of 10 or less. These sessions will be held on Friday afternoons, Saturday mornings, and Sundays. However, please note that these classes will only proceed if we have sufficient numbers, so we encourage you to secure your spot by booking now.

Mark your calendars for our highly anticipated Trifu Dojo End of Year Tournament, which will take place on Sunday, November 17th, 2019, at Double Bay Public School on William Street. This event promises to be a thrilling showcase of the skills and dedication of our students.
