"This academy doesn’t care about customers. They charged me during my holiday and didn’t reply to my messages or calls with a solution. Nobody takes responsibility for the management. Don’t waste your time or money here. There are many beautiful martial arts and other gyms around Bondi junction. I wish nobody else could have this bad experience as I did. The reason I decided to share my experience. Updates: Edited after message from the gym: 1: I didn't receive the refund; I checked my bank account from Jan-until today, and no credit from this gym. The information is incorrect. Do you have the receipt from the transaction to prove it? 2: The Boxing Academy and Xfighting are the same company with the same ABN; they just changed the commercial name; however, the management and businesses are the same and should be responsible for customer service. 3: This is correct, I have been trying to receive the refund since 2021; however, this gym doesn't have a transparent way for customers to communicate: I tried the website, emails, phone calls, facebook messages and nothing. Nobody takes ownership or solves the issue. I am using Google Maps because I hope to have better results. 4: I don't know who replied to the message as it has no name signed; however, the person didn't solve the issue. Finally, a business that cares about the customer has a straightforward way for members to communicate and solve simple issues without making the customer use many channels. Again, so many incredible options around Bondi. I am grateful that I don't need to deal with this gym; shame that they don't care. Don't waste your money and time."
