"I would give this place 0 stars, if I could. I attempted to purchase alcohol from BWS and was served by ALLAN or ALLEN. I presented my ID mind you I am nearly 27 and my friend did not have her ID however had a passport on her. He did not accept this. He denied myself and her of the purchase and although checking my ID was very aggressive he told me I was under age and accused me of being under age although in born in 1994. He proceeded to tell me I was underage which is false and I am more than happy to represent to BWS at Milleara Mall with a stat dec and proof of age. I have purchased here for a very long time but no more. I am 27 and will not be abused by a staff member on a shift of my age. I will never return here again after my experience and quite disgusting treatment of a regular shopper. Pathetic. I will be taking this further because it’s an utter disgrace. Especially when he started raising his voice and making a scene. That is no way to treat a customer."
