Led by Grandmaster Chris, a seasoned competitor with numerous national and international victories, our team is passionate about helping you achieve your goals. Grandmaster Chris holds impressive credentials, including 8th Dan Jidokwan, 8th Dan Whang Ho International, and 7th Dan Kukkiwon. With his expertise and experience, he is a true master in his field.

Our general Taekwondo class is a family-oriented, community-style class that emphasizes discipline, respect, courtesy, courage, and the spirit of martial arts. Grandmaster Chris believes that while you're sweating and smiling, you're having fun. Learning something new makes the activity interesting, ensuring that you will return.

The class is structured to include exercises that make us strong and flexible, forms or patterns to encourage muscle memory, and other martial arts drills to promote a healthy lifestyle.

In addition, we have a Dragons program specifically designed to build self-confidence and respect in children. This class incorporates both martial arts and life skills into the schedule. Children learn a variety of skills, including traditional Taekwondo, warm-up exercises, punching, kicking, blocking, and evading. There is also a sparring component in this class, which is highly monitored by our instructors. Safety gear is worn during sparring sessions.
