"Rude staff, faulty products, dreadful service! I’ve been here 3 times. First time I was sold a faulty vape pen. Staff were not happy to help, but after some discussion and being treated like I was scamming them. They replaced the faulty vape pen. Ok I suppose, just ok… My next experience here: went in for tonic water. The entire store had no tonic water… A bottle shop w/out mixers…!??The staff told me they had never heard of tonic water… I don’t know if they were serious or just messing w/ me. 3rd and final experience: went in to buy some rolling papers. I greeted the staff member at the counter warmly. I was glared at and not responded to. He was on the phone. He then said to the person the phone, “don’t hang up” and walked away from the counter. I then waited at the counter for over a minute, while a man old enough to know better, refused to serve me as he was having a phone call. Mind you at 11am on a Sunday, 90% likely it was a personal call… He glared at me the whole time I waited… Why? Not sure if you only treat “some people” this way, or all people? Either way, figure it out! I won’t return. I don’t recommend others go, unless you have no better options."

And would you believe it, refused to sell things on their shelves! Lmfao embarassment to small businesses and bottleshops everywhere. Pack up shop guys, time to try something else."
