Welcome to the Collaroy Cromer Strikers Football Academy, located in Cromer, New South Wales! As an establishment and point of interest in the Northern Beaches Council, we are dedicated to providing elite coaching to help players get the most enjoyment and success out of the game.

Our main goal is to create technically gifted players who excel in every aspect of the game, allowing them to achieve the greatest amount of success and enjoyment. We understand the growing demand for high-quality training in the Manly Warringah Football Association, which is why we established our Development Program.

The private academies in our area have sparked a desire among players for not only extra training but also training of a higher quality than what was previously available. This led to the creation of the Premier Academy League, causing some players to leave local clubs and divert from the Australian football pathway.

In response to this, local MWFA clubs, including the Collaroy Cromer Strikers, have started their own extra training and Development programs. Our Development Program, launched in 2021, focuses on the holistic technical development of our players.

Throughout our program, players will learn the four core skills that cover most aspects of the game. These skills are taught in addition to both basic and advanced principles of the game. Our aim is to provide players with the tools and knowledge they need to excel on the field.

What sets our Development Program apart is our emphasis on immediate application. Players will have the opportunity to apply the skills and principles they learn in a game realistic environment. We understand that taking what happens in training and applying it to a real game can be challenging, so we provide a supportive and immersive environment for players to practice and grow.
