"Bought two pairs of Sneakers for my kids at Platypus Wetherill Park, wanted to exchange one of them (still brand new) with a bigger size, a male staff member spoke to me from behind the counter with an attitude saying that we don't sell this brand even though it was sitting on the shelf infront of him and he was told by another staff member "yes we do sell them" also said "No we won't be able to swap it with a bigger size", again he didn't even move from behind the counter as i asked him to show me different brands once he can't change it with the same one, No reason for him to give customer such a bad service and attitude and no reason for him to decide an exchange or not because it's a brand new item that I'm exchanging and i end up leaving the store with a bad experience, Worst Service, Rude Staff Member"
