"Very disappointed the way staff treated for online orders , the one rude lady (don’t know the name) took the order and asked for the ID and I have shown picture from my license and she refused that straight away without even looking at it I’m 39 years of age and not looking like below 25, they said we need to have physical I’d and it’s should be in the email so I have checked the email and online but can’t see any policies related to bring physical ID to collect the order, one of the staff name is Benjamin and other lady doesn’t wanted to give her name for complaint, Very disappointed the Pointcook dan Murphy store and the staff ,( previously I have collected without any trouble just showing pic of the ID)"
