With over three generations of farming experience, our ethically raised practices ensure that our Beef, Lamb, and Pork are of the highest standard. Our butcher shop is committed to providing you with organically grass-fed, chemical and antibiotic-free meat, cut fresh every week.
At Yarra Valley Custom Meats, we understand that every customer has unique preferences. That's why we offer custom cutting services, allowing you to tailor your meat exactly how you enjoy it. Whether it's for households, functions, family events, camping trips, or a quiet barbecue, we can fulfill any advance order.
If you're planning a special occasion, our skilled staff can prepare marinated boned and netted spit meats in multiple sizes. We can also arrange a whole pig or lamb of your desired size for spitting. Additionally, we have spits available for hire in-store, just make sure to book in advance.
When you visit our retail butcher shop on the farm, you can see where your meat truly comes from. We stock our fridges with our own stock grown right here on our 550-acre farm.
Yarra Valley Custom Meats is open to the public 7 days a week, ensuring that you always have access to the finest quality meats. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday from 9:30 am to 5 pm, and Sunday from 9:30 am to 5 pm.
