"The main reasons to go there previously are 1. Close location for locals nearby 2. They bulk bill for certain GPs. Now they charge out of pocket of a whopping $80 for a pensioner to do a urine ultrasound which seems quite unreasonable. Some of their front reception staffs are not that friendly tbh. Understand the cost of living pressures everyone is under, but how do you justify your greedy nature from charging $0 to $80. Would not trade again. Your loss."
"Not welcoming at all! MRI technician was cold, unfriendly, and gave poor instructions about the exam. I would not recommend it to anyone. I felt disposable, just like a wallet with legs."
"I'm sure it is lack of training, but the front office staff are pretty ordinary. Phoned on Tuesday asking when I can come in for ultrasound - got told no problem just walk in and they can place me. I walked in today (Thursday) and got told I needed an appointment. I was then told next available is Friday afternoon - I said yes, then the staff member told me it should be done in the morning as needed six hour fasting. So next available appointment is next Wednesday. So I am going elsewhere."
