"The place was super-busy when I was there, but the staff seemed to be successfully juggling everything that was thrown at them in a polite and professional manner. The nurse who attended to me during my procedure was friendly and knowledgeable and the doctor made it crystal clear as to what he wanted from me and filled me in on his findings on completion. I can't complain about the experience."
"I have to agree with those what don’t rate this place highly. I had to fast before my MRI so was clearly extremely hungry ( hadn’t eaten since 8 that morning and it was 2.30pm) as well as not feeling well ( hence the need for an MRI in the first place guys!). They kept me waiting for over an hour without explanation. They then lost all the paperwork I had filled in and I had to sit in a freezing hallway in just a hospital gown and fill the whole lot on again. When I went out to reception to pay I wasn’t feeling exactly chatty; go figure after 50 minutes in a noisy tube while starving and feeling nauseous and in pain. The girl at the front desk said “you’re not exactly being friendly, what’s wrong with you?”. I said “I am sick. That’s why I’m here. I’m also extremely hungry and starting to feel faint. I just don’t feel like chatting and it’s nothing personal”. She rolled her eyes at me and said “oh, right”. I mean seriously?!?! There was a better way to handle everything they did that day. I paid $790 for the pleasure."
"My appointment was a breeze, easy to book and very helpful staff when I arrived. The changing area and room where my scan was done was very clean compared to some other places I have been. The staff doing the scan explained the process thoroughly and were happy to answer any questions I had. Would definitely recommend and would use them again"
"I cannot believe how rude the staff are when booking appointments via phone. The first time I booked an appointment here, the woman was incredibly rude and actually upset me, the second time was just now, and before ending our call the woman slammed the phone down which I heard before the call cut out. Goodness me, people are speaking with you because they have health concerns and you don't have the decency to maintain a basic level of customer service? Please get some new staff."
