Reviews
"Always have been, helpful, efficient and highly professional. I have always felt comfortable ."
"Staff are fine except for an older lady receptionist who clearly did not want to be there, but as a former Nurse Unit Manager, I was shocked with their Nuclear Scanning set up in Dee Why. Really people? Operators eating snacks and drinking coffee in front of patients. A tech/radiation room with sink included, and also acting as a kitchen. Microwave ovens singing away within meters of patients. No provision for patients to sit in peace under warm condition's and waiting for adequate FDG uptake? I wonder how many false positives and repeat scans are needed!! Could not believe it. I asked my doctor to put me in the RPA for all future periodic scans, its was my old workplace and set up professionally, definitely worth the trip across the city. PRP should be ashamed to be taking top dollar for a lick and a spit set up. I would hate to work under such conditions."
"I found the staff friendly and informative. 45 minutes in Mri machine was not my idea of fun. My complaint is I have not received any refund from Medicare for my prostate examination"
"Went for ultrasound to see if cysts had grown. Report came back without accurate dimensions of the cysts and that I had a normal gall bladder. Funny that, I don't have one. I asked for someone else to read my scans and they just gave it to the same man who amended it and said no gall bladder. I wondered if he ever looked at the scans."
"All interactions with staff were great, and I was genuinely surprised at how friendly and nice everyone was - couldn't do better. Reception was polite and efficient, my stent was the least painful ever, and the bedside (CT scanner side) manner was also really good."
