"The front desk staff are rude and useless. My doctor called prior to make sure there was a spot then when I get there 25 mins later they say they can only do half of what was required and said I would have to come back another day. What a waste of time I would have gone to another imaging place if I had known this. Staff at the front counter couldn't care less"
"Have been going to this place for over a decade when they were Alfred imaging & Ashfield imaging - have tried to book my scan online for several weeks now without any success- their phone number is poorly answered and you are on hold forever- when I finally get through am told they do not have sufficient staff and share them across 3 sites so cannot book scans until they have rosters and then too can only call patients back on a waiting list & if they can’t get you the appointment is given away. This is unprofessional non-patient centric care. Very unfortunate when corporations take over healthcare services- Won’t be going back here."
"For months and months the phone rings, no one answers it and after you waste your time it hangs up on you. This never happend before at Alfred imaging. There is not respect and consideration for your patients. I talk few months ago with a lady manager and apologise for not having enough staff to answer the phone but the problem is carrying on. Say sorry and apologising constantly does not solve the issue. Why do you have a phone number to call when I can't even leave a message?"
"This is most unprofessional service. Untrained staff who will give you wrong information. 2 weeks ago I booked mammogram for my mum, and I asked them if they cover the amount with Allianz, only then I’ll book. They said they will. But they don’t have weekend service, so I had to take day off, they said only Ashfield Center will do it so I had to drive 40mins to go there on the day, and when I reached for appointment they told me “it’s not covered, so I have to pay $600”. Imagine how frustrating this could be for a patient. Why didn’t they told me when I booked? I called them to confirm if they cover only then I will book. But they just been unprofessional, and worst customer service as they wanted to pickup a patient giving wrong information. I do not recommend this service for anyone."
"Their staff over the phone booked me in for the wrong date - loss of income due to this, hence the 1 star review. Was also told to fast , including not drinking any water. I was told in person by reception this was wrong. This seems irresponsible advice if not required. The staff were nice enough in person, but all they could offer is to book me in on another date or a late afternoon appointment (Continued fasting would have jeopardise my wellbeing)."
