"Had to wait over an hour one morning. No one was on front desk and some people had taken a ticket, others had been told to write their name down, so people were arguing over which had precedence. No one knew what was going on and the receptionist was nowhere to be seen. The poor nurse had to come out and break it up. Many people gave up and just left in the meantime"
"For PUNTUALITY I would give them a 1 STAR ONLY. The lady arrived at 8.33am when it says on the website they open at 8am. No one let us know she was running late. I had No.3 and didn't get in until 9.05am. She did a good job with the blood test, painless and got to work straight away. She could have been a bit more friendly. My next blood test I will go back to my usual Douglas Hanly Moir at Macquarie University Hospital where the service is much better."
"Absolutely fantastic! My 13 year old needed their first blood test. We arrived with our masks on at 7:29am and joined the queue behind one other person waiting outside the front door. At 7:30am the door was opened, we were invited in, grabbed a number and took a seat. Jenny took us in around 7:40, allowing me to come in to support my child. Jenny was wonderful! My child was very frightened but Jenny was so calm, kind, compassionate, helpful, thoroughly knowledgeable and brilliantly skillful! She spoke kindly to my child through the procedure, got a vein immediately, blood flowed easily and the procedure was done in minutes. Thank you SO much Jenny and Ermington Douglass Hanly Moir. You made SUCH a difference to us today. We will certainly be back if a another blood test is on order."
"I did not book a time as I didn't know it was needed. I went in and was done and dusted within 10 minutes. Nurse/pathology worker was lovely and even cracked a few jokes. Not too sure what all the negative reviews are about. Of course it is going to take longer if you have numerous people waiting. Not all blood tests are simple. Definitely recommend."
