Been there several times now and Nicole exemplifies the worst of customer service....abrasive, grumpy, rude, she presents the look of someone who doesn't want to be there and resents you for demanding of her time by shopping internally.... A constant reminder that no matter how beautiful the products, they're only as good as the customer service that accompanies it...!"
