"The place was busy, and ok for few year ago. This year, i come back and make appointment for my pregnancy scan, firstly , they gave me appointment on Friday, then i requested my day off on that Friday, before my appointment 1 week i called them back to confirm my appointment, they told me no doctor on Friday, if i want Friday i have to book somewhere else. I was surprised because no one mentioned to me before and no one inform me it’s happening. Then the reception told me she would cancel my appointment. I have to book somewhere else. Then 1 week after , they call me to confirm appt , i said why did u cancel and then call for confirm , your guys make me so confuse . They’re even not giving any apologies for that. The way they talk to the patient is rude, i was so frustrated. Not recommend this place ."
"Great friendly person who did the scan but when i needed to pickup and could barely walk, they would not let me in car park just to quickly pick it up. How hard is it to let a customer in and get the scan. Wont be going back there."
"Unfortunately, I didn't manage to get the names of the radiographers that did my X-Rays but I truly wanted to say thank you to the attentive and professional staff members! I had taken medication prior to arriving but I was still in so much pain. They made the X-Ray examination efficient without compromising my comfort throughout the whole process. The facility is busy (as expected) but the service is great!"
