"I would recommend this company if you have complex US taxes, but not if you have simple US taxes or for Australian taxes. Regarding the Australian taxes - they do not work with you to help you understand what can be claimed and will only submit deductions for what you tell them to. (So I have just gone through a few rounds of submitting corrections to claim for things I was eligible for.) After using them for a few years, I think I am better off working with an Australian financial adviser and submitting my US taxes on my own."
