"Ok, so I submitted all of the documents and finished all of the requested tasks in my portal 6 weeks ago now. I have asked multiple questions in my portal, emailed multiple times and also called their reception for an update on my tax return with no response whatsoever. Taxably, were very quick to send me a quote and take the payment for my tax return, but once I submitted all of the requested documents I have had zero response to any contact I have made. I understand they give the timeframe of 2 weeks, but this has now been 6 weeks with no reply! My partner’s agent submitted and completed her return within a few days which was also a fraction of the price for a very similar return. She also started the process after me. Not sure what’s happening here, but I’m very concerned after paying them, and then they have disappeared. The least you can do is reply to my emails and put my mind at ease. It seems this is very common judging by the negative reviews on Google."
