"Always busy no matter what day or time u go. There staff r nice sometimes. There meats r the only thing we buy and there all delicious specially the marinated ones. There salamis aren’t the best at all. The cashiers the last few times we’ve been there r pretty mean. No one called us up, they know we’re there and make eye contact with us so there’s rlly no excuse, we just started unloading and the whole time we were there the girls were talking to each other which is so mean and bad customer service. Only thing she actually said was how much we have to pay, get nicer staff!!!"
"The meat is so so amazing and fresh! I drive more than 20km nust to do my shopping at Tek.. theres always a variety of products on the shelves and the customer service is 5 stars! Love shopping at TEK and always recommend TEK to all my friends and family! You can never go wrong at TEK"
"Customer service is the main issue. When you go to buy meat and specifically ask to have the meat from on top of the tray and get told no it's either you buy the meat from the bottom of the tray or you get nothing that just clearly speaks out that the meat isn't all the same. As a customer you should be able to chose what meat you want to buy and not be told. Another issue is people without masks are walking into the store and it's already at full capacity. Why are they allowing that many people walk in. I personally Would rather give my money to a small business Who respects their customers needs."
"Stunning store presentation, immaculate and professional service and excellent variety of products. First time being there today as we commonly go to the Fresh Plus in Dallas. We travel quite far (other side of town) as we don't unfortunately have a large Turkish community In the West. We walked out paying close to $600 today, and don't regret it. This will be our place moving forward, Fresh Plus is not worth our time and day, after seeing how exceeding this place is. Highly recommended!"
