"Went to this CW to do a Supervised RAT test. One of the pharmacists said "Yes we can do it" She confirmed and I was told I need to bring a copy if my Passport. I went there the next day spoke to another Pharmacists who said "We don't do that", I said I spoke to another pharmacist yesterday and I was told to bring a copy of my passport and this pharmacists says "You didnt come here yesterday, I was here all day and I didn't see you, maybe you went to a different Chemist Warehouse". Really? could have just said "Sorry about the mix up, but we don't do Supervised RAT tests", I would have had more respect if I was told something on those lines. But don't Gaslight your customers by being condescending and rude."
"DON'T GO HERE TO GET DOCUMENTS WITNESSED/SIGNED FOR STAT DECS. Pharmacist is under some delusion that witnessing requires him to have known you for more than a year. Wouldn't listen to reason."
"Probably the only chemist warehouse that I've ever been that has wide aisles. Other shops are so cramped that this is makes me wonder if I'm in the right chemist. Didn't have much issue as the other reviewers but it was a little slow when I queued up to pay because someone was complaining at the register."
"Dropped off prescriptions and told them I would come back in one hour. When I came back they were not filled because they had a question. They have my number on system I believe but did not call me. I had to wait for the stuff for ages. Then when I got to till there was confusion about what I had to pay. I had to wait again for the pharmacist to come to the till. No apologies for the delay. Disorganized pharmacy. Avoid IMHO."
