"Very bad experience I went to Lowes and the team was not helpful at all and when I went to complain they started laughing especially when I left, I saw that. If they said they were busy,it’s not true, you can check the cameras. It was my last visit after 7 years customer. Time 3:15pm. Bankstown Lowes. Note (iam not angry cz the staff is not helpful or no, easily many shops around,am angry cz of the laughing without reason."
"I bought $353 at this store on 6th March as evidenced by the receipt attached. Among the items was a $25.95 chesty-bondy style singlet. I had to be measured and the lady gave me the size. It was too tight when I tried at home the next morning. In good faith I returned to the store 7 days later only to be met with a very rude and arrogant duty manager who said it's "underwear" we can't exchange or refund. I explained it was the fault of the lady and I said as a compromise how about a $20 voucher for the Bankstown store only. He refused to deal and followed me out of the store in a very confronting fashion. He had no care for his customers and no respect for the fact I spent $353 the previous week. As a result I will no longer shop at any Lowe's store until action is taken. I didn't get the persons name but did take a photo when out of the store which I'm happy to send on."
