"I can't remember a time when ihave encountered such a rude manager as I did during my last only only visit to Rodd Gunn Bondi junction. The young male salesman was interactive totally attentive and professional and friendly giving me options on what to spend my money on and in my opinion he has a great future in retail but his manager is another story.vtwice she interjected asking him to to perform other shop duties whilst he was serving me. I was embarresed and humiliated by the blond female managers behavior and left the store forth with she has no concept of what customer service is but certainly understand how to behave in a totally unprofessional manner to the point of humiliating customer and leaving them with a very poor impression of Rodd Gunn. I will never return to that store and store and will be using my Rodd Gunn voucher elsewhere maybe in queensland where I remember my experience at that city store and dfo was excellent"
