"Implementing a completely new system (Xero), well that was huge for our organisation, and Kirsten was instrumental in that process. After losing all our staff we needed a system that we could use virtually and remotely, and not just for the management team and the committee, but also for the auditors. Ironically if we had've had Kirsten and the system, when we had staff we wouldn’t have needed so many staff to run the organisation. Right from the start Kirsten has been fantastic, and whilst the system has been great, it all needs to be properly maintained and Kirsten has done that very well. The last two audits have gone really smoothly, and I don’t think the auditors asked me a single question last year following Kirsten’s involvement, and I don’t think I’ve ever known that before.
