"Quoted me 4 different amounts then when once paid told me they had quoted me wrong and that I had to pay another $150. And wouldn't honour the new quote when I went in store to pay."

"I attend to have a $50 Dress altered around the bust. Originally was quoted $90! I said not to worry, as I did not want to pay more than the dress. She came back and dropped the price to $50. I picked up the dress today and tried it. One side fit okay but the other was long, loose and had smaller coverage of my breast. Additionally, now shows more cleavage. It was lopsided. I questioned the difference and asked what can be done to fit it. The lady advised that cause she didn't do the alterations, she didn't know what was done, nor could do anything. She walk away and went to the back of the shop. I asked again, "Understandable that she didn't do the job, but from her expertise, if she had to find a way to fix the dress, what would she recommend". She silently pinned one section of the dress and offered to take a section in over the next week. I fly out overseas for the wedding in two days! and she could not fit it in today. She walked out to the back again! I asked for a refund and she said no I will fix it! Her solution did not make me feel happy or even comfortable in the dress. Plus I was on my lunch break I could not wait around. She said she would have to call her "area manager".... it was the lady who serviced me the day before. After going back and forth over the phone arguing. I got HALF a refund. Poor customer service, quality service, communication...overall would not even provide one star after I was constantly pushed to the side and ignored."
