"Please don’t waste your time going to this store. I myself work in retail and I was honestly disgusted in their customer service. While the staff said nice things to my mother while she was in the dress, they did not listen to how she felt in the dress and when asked if she could try on other options, they ignored her request and continued to push this one dress onto her. They also tried to lie and say that the dress was new, and as soon as they get stock they sell out… (trying to rush us into the sale). This was a lie as we had talked on the phone the previous day to the male owner who told us this dress was “extremely old stock” and he only had the one size left and couldn’t order in anymore sizes if the 14 didn’t work. When I pointed this out they very quickly tried to back track and make it sound like I misinterpreted them. The staff were way too pushy, to the point that it’s rude as they would over talk my mother and myself trying to give any opinion that was different to theirs. Their answer to anything is to pay more $$ at “their tailor” to have it altered. They need to learn that customers appreciate honesty and when they are listened to. Chances are we MAY have bought another dress if we were offered the opportunity to try more based on my mum’s needs. Also, make sure when you try on dresses at this store you check it for any faults. I pointed out threads that had been pulled in the lace and their problem solving was to just cut them off… not all fabrics can just be cut, otherwise they’ll ruin the design or continue to unravel. Overall a very poor experience, I would not recommend this store, if I could give them no stars I would. Save yourself the awkward/rude experience and shop at a business who appreciates their customer base."

"I have worked in retail for 30 years and never have I seen the appalling behaviour from a business that I experienced today. Unprofessional, rude, abusive and ignorant. I was yelled at and lied to by both owners, then told that if I complain I would myself recieve a complaint against me?! If I do not get my $200 deposit back and an apology I will be taking my complaint further. Expect a call from fair work Australia. I if I could give no stars I would. So, to sum this up I want my money back."

"I went there with my friends to look for formal dresses we were wearing school uniform the moment we entered the door they stopped us from entering and even just looking at dresses they asked us a lot of questions in a rude way as if they want to kick us out they asked the price and type of dress we want and questioned our status they thought we can't buy a dress who is $700 and above and said go to Netacity stores thinking we are cheap people somehow (not that the dresses there are bad they are just not for formal or usually cheap but still in good quality) it was really bad the way they treated customers is based on how they look cause I have gone their before with my parents and they acted very friendly it shows that they judge us based on the look. It's bisacilly their loss poor customer services with breaching anti-discrimination Act."
