At Macarthur Girls High School Pool, we offer Learn to Swim classes and Lap Swimming sessions. Please note that recreational swimming is not available at this site. If you're interested in joining our classes or enjoying a lap swim, please give us a call at 9806 5700 before visiting to ensure lane space and qualified staff are available to operate the hoist.
Our pool operates during NSW School Term 3, which runs from Monday 17 July to Sunday 24 September 2023. Swimming sessions conclude 15 minutes prior to the centre closing.
We are pleased to announce that Council pool facilities now offer free entry for Seniors on Tuesdays. Starting from September 1, free aquatic passes will be available at Epping Aquatic Centre and Macarthur Girls High School Pool to NSW Seniors Card or Disability Pension Card holders residing within the Parramatta Local Government Area. To avail this offer, simply complete a registration form and present a valid NSW Seniors Card or Disability Pension Card, along with proof of your residential address, at the swimming centre reception. Acceptable proof of address documents include utility tax invoices (gas, water, or electricity), NSW Driver's License, or City of Parramatta Rates Notice.

Please note that visit passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, allowing you ample time to enjoy our pool facilities.

"Very limited services n very compact .. staff is greatly good though."
"This is worst swimming school for kids under 5, i am not sure above 5. Instructors just keep watching watch and waiting for session to be ended. They are not monitoring individual child performances, they just teach what they want without considering performance. In short it is waste of time and dollars. They waste lot of time on those kids who are crying and not doing at all. Because of that your child turn will never come. Instructors never try to develop bond with kids which in resultant affects learning of kids. I am just feeling cheated."
"If u want to swim laps undisturbed this is the place. Not usually busy , clean pool . I have used it. Cheap admission and free for seniors every Tuesday."
"Teaching staff is good and my kids enjoy swimming but unfortunately when I approached the admin staff regarding one of the parents wriggling the swimming clothes in the pool they were very casual about it. Personally I feel during COVID times we have to be very careful as I fear for my kids and other kids. Parents should be encouraged to use bathrooms for these purposes."
"No doubt the pool and setup is very good substitute for city council swimming pool and class for kids to learn. But the rule of only one parent can enter the premises with kid is absurd. Sometime both the parent want to see the kid learn. They try their best to manage time to go together and make kid happy. But only one can enter n other has to pay spectator fee. Parents are there to encourage kids to learn n be proud by watching kids learning."
