"Dont order from this company - its a lottery. You might win, you probably wont. Unfortunately all the bad reviews related to delivery are true. We read the reviews and decided to go ahead as the furniture looks nice. We were promised a garden table in 2 weeks in March and 3 months, lots of calls, lots of promises of calls back and many many excuses later we still dont have a table. So FF have had a nice chunk of our cash for 3 months. No compensation offered, they are not interested. Why would they be, they can stick the cash in the bank for a few months and make 4%. It works as a good business until no one buys from you any more. Like I said, its a lottery. Its a shame as the furniture looks nice, the staff are pleasant but they are let down by woeful organisation and systems. Spend your money at a smaller company that appreciates your custom."

"If there is an option of giving 0 star I would. Very bad customer service for such expensive products. Ordered a buffet and was told it would take 3 weeks to arrived ended up waiting for 5 weeks. Worst part is there is no communication between the company and customer. No one has contacted me to inform that there is a delay. Finally got it delivered on last Sat, paid $1300 for and item and it was all smashed on delivery. It's now sitting in the middle of the living room in my tiny apartment waiting for pick up. There is no phone number any where to contact. I went straight to store on Sat to ask for help and was told to lodge a damage claim online because it has to be done directly from head office. Was told some one will get in contact on Monday and yet still have not heard anything. I seriously think Nick Scalli or even IKEA would have a better customer service than Freedom. Thinking going to freedom and spend 3x the price compared to those affordable brands would get you better service but not. At least put a contact number on your website so people can call and get things done. My 20months old child had hurt himself because of that broken unit in the house."

"I always get great service from the friendly staff at Freedom in the Super Centre in Moore Park. I have bought lots of products like drinking glasses, curtains, dining tables, lounges, chairs, coffee tables, bedding, quilt covers, artificial flowers and plants, bathroom and bedroom accessories and lighting. It really has almost everything you can think of and way more you never thought of. I also get an extra discount through their membership program which works out perfectly for me. #letsguide"
