"Appalling service from the female pharmacist. I went to this chemist the other week for some assistance suspecting I have conjunctivitis. Spoke to a lady who suggested off the shelf eye drops which I had already been using. I asked to speak to the pharmacist, who she brought over. The pharmacist was so dismissive and condescending. She didn’t ever look at my condition she had already decided she wasn’t going to help. She sold me some eye drops and sent me away. A week later my doctor told me this is something a chemist could have helped you with and charged me $100."

I was greeted by a staff member who asked if I needed any help, I then told her I was looking for a make up product, she directed me to the beauty advisor Rachael who absolutely blew me away with her knowledge on anything beauty related. Anyone who is Someone like me and has very little knowledge about make up, go and see Rachael! She is so friendly and patient and really helped me with my everyday routine! All pharmacists and shop assistants where very attentive and have experience on all products and scripts, employees were also trained to be able to find similar products if an item was out of stock and offer expert advice. Health store, dorevitch and moons wellness Chinese medicine all onsite is very appealing and a bonus in the same location."
