"I saw a pair of boots on display from outside and I stuck my head in with no real intention .. 30 mins later after amazing service from a young American girl I am obsessed with my boots and new top!! I don't look the part but first class service and fun in store meant I spent $300. Lesson to be learnt .... never ever judge a book by its cover. I will come back and shop again when in Sydney!"

"Pretty gutted and disappointed with the poor level of customer service received from this store. I have been shopping here for a while now and purchased a pair of leather shoes for $99 that after wearing twice to work were no longer suitable to wear due to the faulty fabric used that scratched and tore without any inflicted wear and tear. I then took them back and received no follow up for 2 weeks as I had to call multiple times to receive any updates. They said they would call me once they had decided what they were going to do- yet I never received a phone call. I then went in store to see some progress in update in which they said they were unable to provide any return/refund or compensation and accused me of 'having a wild night' in these shoes. I would never return a faulty product if it was of my own doing and this really offended me as the poor quality of this product was not taken responsibility for and now I have a pair of unwearable shoes (bought to wear in the work place but are no longer of acceptable level) Poor from This N That & shame on you for not taking accountability of the poor level of product functionality that you are providing."
"Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff. Made me feel like a nuisance just for being in the store. Whilst in the changing rooms at 1 hour and 5 minutes to closing we were told "oh come on girls some of us have plans" and no apology was given. I was going to purchase an outfit from this store but after the rude treatment from the manager I decided against it. There are plenty of nicer boutiques in Manly, give this one a miss."
