"Update July 2023: Finally the Tribunal knocked some sense into this seller. They had to provide a refund. While the refund conclusion is welcome, it was the result of external enforcement rather than the company's willingness to uphold consumer rights. So, I urge you to consider my experience when making your decision about where to purchase furniture for your home. I had an absolutely horrendous experience with GDay Furniture. The TV unit I ordered arrived with multiple defects including dents, paint marks, holes, and cracks. When I contacted the seller to address the issue, they were extremely unhelpful and denied any responsibility, instead blaming me for causing the damage during delivery, depiste the fact that delivery was organised by them. Their refusal to acknowledge the manufacturing faults and provide any assistance or support was beyond disappointing. It was clear that they do not value their customers, and are only interested in making a quick sale. I strongly caution anyone against purchasing from GDay Furniture, as their products are of low quality and their customer service is non-existent. They ship directly from China and the stone quality is poor. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration, and choose a reputable furniture store that values their customers and stands behind their products."
