"Visited to grab something for my girlfriend. The staff wearing a cap was very attentive and friendly when I was trying to pick what to buy. Massive thanks to her!"
"It’s was an awesome blazer shopping with fashionable (short hair)staff few days ago. I definitely stop by soon~"
"I visited this store several times in this month to look around my outfit. The staff's enthusiasm and kindness pleased me. She was very polite and explained to me what clothes looking good on me in details when I couldn't choose, even though my 3-year-old son interrupted me loudly, running all the where in the store. I had a great experience to choice clothes. Nice collection, Nice staff!"
"The staff was rude and her demeanor and expression made me feel uncomfortable. I went in to try on clothes a few days ago and after trying on two outfits, I decided not to purchase any. I thanked the staff for her service and returned the clothes I had tried on, but she gave me a dirty look and didn't say anything in response. This brought back memories of a previous encounter where the staff told me the shop was closing in 10 minutes as I was browsing. I said thank you and that I would leave soon. So I just checked myself in the mirror, then the staff told me to use the restroom mirror instead of the one in the store. I felt embarrassed by this as she had just said it was closing in 10 minutes, but she was asking me to leave immediately. This kind of attitude is really hard to accept. I understand that one unpleasant experience can happen, but two separate occurrences of unpleasant experiences should not be considered a coincidence. This store is located in my building, but I will not be returning there. I would rather go to chain stores that are farther away like BW, MQ or City."
"Very rude staff. My mum was told by the lady working there to "get out" of the store. The context is that my mum accidentally dropped a sweater onto the ground as she was interested in the shirt that was underneath. My mum asked about the fit of the shirt and the staff rudely said "you already asked this last time". Whether or not my mum had asked before is irrelevant and such rudeness should not be tolerated. My mum asked "are you sure?" and the staff member threatened to call security on my mum. There was no customer service at all but animosity from the get go. Edit: Thank you for your response. I would like to say sorry to your staff member if she felt threatened in anyway. Such behaviour would not have occurred if my mum wasn't frustrated in the first place. As my mum recalls, she was never "asked nicely to wait five minutes". Like I said, she was met with rudeness from the very beginning. My mum was told to "get out" and she was shocked with such abruptness. She requested to see the manager and was told the security would be called on her. As a result, my mum did show a physical response, lifting the hand sanitiser bottle with no intention of threatening or causing harm. I understand if you would believe your staff's over my mum's and I'm sure if there are any issues with your staff member's customer service, it will happen again and you will know."
