"Terrible customer service and no care for their customers. I was sent the wrong chairs and after trying to get a response for 6 weeks they offered me to return the chairs if I paid for shipping PLUS would charge me a 20% re-stocking fee - when they had sent me the chairs I didn't want. They blamed the supplier for changing the chair had little interest for resolving the issue. The staff member I spoke to tried their best but blamed "management policy". Definitely do not buy anything online from this company."
"I am SO happy with "have a seat" even though I am not in the Cafe business. I cannot thank Andrew enough for coping with my emails and calls, enabling me to make the right decision on what I needed. I had previously ordered a table top only in what was supposedly a "faux marble" look table top in white, to sit on my rattan based coffee table, but ended up with with a GREEN one from another supplier advertising as WHITE! Didn't know if "Have A Seat "would supply just one, but they did and I cannot believe it was delivered with no damage two days later here in Adelaide !! I wish all companies had people like Andrew to assist customers and their needs, but truly impressed with the prompt Delivery!! Can't get that type of service here in Adelaide even when it's Sent from Adelaide! Thanks again Andrew !!"

"Bad quality & service. After ordering two different table tops they were both faulty when I received them. With chips & a bend in one of the table tops. Would not order from here again, had a lot of trouble when contacting them about this issue. I was originally told I could return of they weren't suitable & was happy to pay the delivery & restock fee. However the issue of the faulty products was not in my control so I am disappointed i was still charged the delivery cost from Sydney to Melbourne & Melbourne to Sydney when the issue was in their hands."
