About the Business
Welcome to Miller Technology High School, located in the vibrant community of Miller, Australia. As an establishment and point of interest, we pride ourselves on being a leading secondary school in the area.
At Miller Technology High School, we offer a comprehensive education for students in Years 7 to 12. Our dedicated and experienced teachers are committed to providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment that fosters academic excellence, personal growth, and career development.
One of the key resources we provide to our students is the Assessment Handbook for Years 7 to 12. This handbook outlines the yearly assessment tasks for each subject, providing valuable information such as the outcomes assessed, nature of the task, due dates, and teacher coordinators. This ensures transparency and helps students and their families stay organized and prepared.
We understand that the period leading up to the HSC exams can be a stressful time for students and their families. That's why we offer comprehensive support and guidance, including study resources, exam preparation workshops, and counseling services. We believe in empowering our students to reach their full potential and achieve their academic goals.
As part of the wider NSW public education system, we take pride in participating in Education Week, an annual celebration that recognizes the achievements of our schools, teachers, and students. It is a time to showcase our accomplishments and highlight the exceptional education we provide.
We value the input and feedback of our parents and carers, which is why we actively encourage their involvement in shaping our educational programs. The Department of Education has shared a draft plan for NSW public education, inviting parents and carers to share their valuable feedback. We believe in collaboration and constantly strive to improve our institution based on the needs and aspirations of our community.
We strongly emphasize the importance of regular attendance at school. While a day here or there may not seem significant, consistent attendance plays a crucial role in a student's academic success. Attending school every day ensures that students do not miss out on important lessons, discussions, and opportunities for growth.
In closing, we would like to acknowledge and pay our respects to the traditional custodians of the land on which our school stands. We also extend our respect to Elders, both past and present. We recognize the rich cultural heritage of Australia and strive to create an inclusive and respectful learning environment for all.

"Favourite school"
"I 100% wouldn't recommend coming to this school. The school itself looks nice, but it's the teachers and students who ruin it. • racism. mostly every student is racist and the teachers don't care • no respect. no respect to each other, especially when it comes to teachers when they're trying to teach • vape. mostly, every student vapes in classrooms, and it's honestly disgusting • foul language. I get that it's normal to swear, but using insults that affect others is terrible, like the R word • bullying, stereotypes, and discrimination. even with teachers, these types of stuff happen. These are the main ones, but I could say so much more, so if you want a terrible life in high school, then I recommend you come here."
