"The staff manning the front counter are rude and accusatory! I simply wanted to browse their sweets and confectioners after my delightful Bahn Mi down the road at the local bakery, but with my half finished coke in hand I was subject to demands to stop drinking with no further explanation and when I finally decided to leave empty handed I was stopped at the door and was pointed at and was asked “coca-cola” I put two and two together and assumed he was asking if I intend on stealing a can of coke to which I replied, with a gesture towards the bakery I had just ate at “I bought it at the bakery”. No further questions were asked and he continued serving a customer he had interrupted to accuse me of theft. Very unpleasant experience and I would have hoped a small local iga like this would have the intentions to form close bonds with their customers, have fully formed sentences and polite conversations where no accusatory pointing ensues."

"Staff are friendly and great variety of items.. but as usual with independent grocery shops prices are a lot more expensive usually than Coles or Woolies. Great option for those quick items you may need, but I wouldn't be doing my weekly shopping there."

"Enjoy coming here lovely staff that know the locals, I’ve found the items to be tailored to the demographic. They have always had the supply of items I have needed. The staff have always been helpful when I’ve asked for things, even getting nappys down off a top shelf requiring a ladder during a busy time. I haven’t tried their fruits and vegetables however all other consumables and items have been of expected standard."
