"My experience with the Furniture at Work team was extremely frustrating. Firstly they delivered the wrong table top and the powder-coated foot rest had multiple chips on it. Asked to get the right table top delivered, took about a week to get confirmation they had a replacement table top available. Took about another week to get confirmation that they were going to deliver it. They confirmed it was being shipped, only after multiple emails and calls. Also meant to send replacement foot rest. New table top arrived, old one meant to be collected by same driver (I confirmed this had been organised and got assured yes it has), and replacement footrest. New table top correct, yay, finally. Courier had no idea about picking up the new table, so that is still in my garage taking up room. Replacement footrest is the incorrect part, so still have a chipped footrest and another useless section. Cannot be bothered even following up with the company to replace the footrest or both with them collecting the wrong table and they have not bothered to contact me.... As a side note, the table is great, just cross your fingers they get it right the first time, as if anything goes wrong, you are in for weeks of misery."
