"***UPDATE: As at 18 Feb 22, we have yet to be contacted after being told that we will be ensured a refund due to the product being damaged. I had really hoped contact would have been made and i could have removed this review but we have 0 evidence that a refund is on its way and noone answers the shops calls. We will go ahead with contacting Fair Trading today as we are short almost $2000 with no follow up on the refund and based on previous review it appears months have gone by without people receiving their refund. We are tired of being lied to and forced to wait without ever being called or followed up with, this has caused alot of difficulty for us as we are in the midst of setting up a new home and need to look for a new couch last minute*** Beware!!!!!!! We purchased an item 23/01/2022, paid in full and were told we would be contacted within a week to organize a delivery date. . Till now there has been no contact, my wife and I have repeatedly called the store every day for the last two weeks, messaged on Google chat, sent an email, we even made a 45 minute trip to the store today at 12pm seeing that it was listed as open Online and it was closed. I don't know if the owner intends on actually delivering this item at all. Will remove review if contact is made but we are seriously considering going to Fair Trading as it looks as though our money is stolen and we have gone out of our way to have any form of communication."
