Reviews
"All natural ocean pool, access via walking along Newport Beach and over approx 20m worth of rocks. The closest parking is on the corner of Calvert Parade and The Boulevarde."
"Plenty of nice eatery's. Thai restaurant next to Baker's delight OMG so good."
"(3.5 stars) Beaches for days! King Neptune is emerging from Newport rock pool. It’s a worn and weathered 50 meter rock pool with sharp, crumbling aggregate sides. The bottom, as you might have guessed, is totally natural with living seaweeds and fishes if the snorkelers are anything to go by. It’s out on the rock shelf at the southern end of the dark orange sands of Newport beach. It makes you work for it though with a sloppy sand walk dodging bluebottles followed by a rock scramble with intruding waves. Hug the cliff edge for a slightly easier path. Closest parking is on the corner of Calvert Parade and The Boulevarde."
