"Do you people know that Alexander Graeme Bell invented a thing called a telephone? That is the item that makes a ringing sound that is located at the "Customer" Service Desk! And that is an oxymoron at Coles! You then pick it up, put it to your Ear, not rear, and say "Hello"! Why bother paying for a service that you do not use?"

"Been shopping here for over 30 years but never again. I usually have a gold coin in the car for a trolley but this morning it wasn't there. Asked lady at the service desk if I could get a trolley as I only had my credit card. She tried to cash out $1 for me but they can't do a cash advance on a credit card. Then she said I needed to buy a trolley token which I was happy to do. She then advised that because it's deemed a cash advance she couldn't do it with my credit card. She said she couldn't scan the token so I was unable to do my weekly shop without a trolley. I said it wasn't good customer service. Her reply? "I only work here!" Told her I would go to Woolworths for my shopping. Thankyou Woolies for the friendly service and use of your trolley."
