"Hopeless store! Visited the Seafood section in the morning at 9:20am. Telling him that I would like to purchase a fish, straight away he said I am still setting up the counter and cannot clean it up for me. Fair enough! I asked how long will it take for him to set up the seafood counter. He said another 40-60 minutes. That mean you should pay your staff to start early for setting up or change your trading hours."
"The KFL butcher/seafood shop next door is hopeless. None of the stuff in fridges can be bought off the shelf. All labelled ‘group buys’. The beef offerings is limited and inconsistent, they will stock certain meat one week and then not the next."
"I'm writing this on behalf of my parents who will never be shopping at this establishment again. Your sealed produce does not have expiration dates and the sealed mushrooms we purchased were all mouldy. Once we pointed this out and showed you the receipt you still refused a refund. Disappointed."
